Terms of Service

1) Set Up, Fees, and Refunds

a) Your account will be set up as soon as we receive payment and our payment partners have screened the order in case of fraud. If there is ever an abuse issue, we will contact you at the email or phone number you signed up with. Providing false contact information will result in discontinuation of services.

b) If you cancel our services within 30 days, you will receive your full payment back minus set up fees.

c) Transfers to our server are non liable for data loss, or innacuracies. We make every effort to transfer data with no loss. Free transfers are only available during the 15 day startup period.

d) It is your responsibility to keep your own backups. Ktec is not responsible for lost/innacurate data.

e) Our prices are subject to change at any time. While we don’t want to charge you more for hosting there is no telling what will happen in the future. If we make a price change you are able to opt out of any contracts and be funded your remaining time minus set up fees.

2) Content

a) Ktec can not be held liable for any content hosted here against any law. Ktec does it’s best to remove unlawful content, but some may go unnoticed. Unlawful content may consist of -

  • Adult Content/ Child Pornography
  • Warez
  • Illegal Downloads (mp3′s, videos, etc.)
  • Cracked/Pirated Software
  • Hacking Programs/ How to Hack
  • Illegal Sales (controlled substances, bombs)
  • Fradulent Sites


b) We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or any entity regardless of the reason. Refusal of our services may or may not result in refunds, it is strictly up to the person(s) reviewing your account. It is your responsibility to make sure your content is secure and your passwords are kept safe.

c) There will be no tolerance for spam. Any sites or subsites found spamming will be terminated without notice. Wether or not your account is spamming will be decided by the person(s) reviewing your account.

d) We reserve the right to disclose any of your information to law enforcement agencies without consent from subscriber upon lawful request.

3) Usage

a) All sites are restricted to a usage of 30% over 60 seconds total load on our processers/memory/disk at any one time including disk space. Sites exceeding our load limit will be temporarily banned, notified, and given a chance to correct load issues.

b) Ktec strives to keep all services running 100% of the time, if at any time our services are down we can not be held responsible for any and all losses. We do not warrant our services. If we have to bring our services down for maintenence we will notify you and do it during low traffic times.

c) If your site gets close to reaching any limits we will ALWAYS notify you.

4) Changes and Acceptance

a) We reserve the right to make changes to our services, prices, and/or terms at any time.

b) Your acceptance of these terms are assumed upon signing up for a plan with us.
